I usually find these messages from Talks and Guided Mediations by Tara Brach, Connie Chapman’s Awaken Radio, Krista Tippet’s On Being, and the range of hosts broadcasting on DharmaSeed.org. I recommend searching through the descriptions of each episode and finding a talk that speaks to the needs of your soul. I guarantee that you will be surprisingly present and engrossed in the hour+ long discussions, gaining far more out of it than you could have expected.
